This application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.388/2020 registered at Police Station - Sirgitti, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for commission of the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506, 307, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. She, however, prays for direction to the trial Court to decide regular bail application of the applicant as early as possible on his surrender. 3.
Learned State counsel has no objection to this proposition. 4.
Permission granted.

Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the Court below to decide the bail application of the applicant as early as possible, in accordance with law, on his surrender.
