Agrawal Order On Board 2 2/0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents would submit that if the petitioner approaches to the office of Deputy Regional Manager, West Chirmiri Colliery within seven days from today, his case for compassionate appointment will be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law. (2) The aforesaid statement is taken on record, which is based on return filed by the respondents-SECL.
