1. Without entering into the merits of the case, the only request, which the petitioner prays at this juncture is that his request for a transfer of the petitioner from his present place of posting to the Government Primary School, Basnara, Block Odagi, where the petitioner was earlier posted before he being suspended.

2. The request for transfer is on the ground that the petitioner is a handicapped person with 60% disability and that if he is posted there, he would be facing less of inconvenience.

3. The present writ petition, in the light of the aforesaid submission made by the petitioner stands disposed of with a direction to the

respondent No.2 to consider the request of the petitioner, if possible, to be accommodated at the said place.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion. The authorities would be free to take a decision in accordance with the rules governing the field.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
