1. P.U.D. has been received from the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Class- I, Durg, C.G. praying for extension of time granted by this Court for

-2disposing off the Complaint Case No.7054 of 2015.

2. This Court had while disposing off W.P.(227) No.130 of 2020 vide order dated 05.02.2020 directed the Court concerned to dispose off the matter within a time period of six months.

3. Considered on the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D. with respect to delay that has occurred and on that basis, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in this P.U.D. The time granted in W.P.(227) No.130/2020 vide order dated 05.02.2020 is further extended for a period of six months from today.
