At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would submit that the matter has already been considered by a coordinate Bench of this Court in WPC No.249 of 2015 (Smt. Chandra Kiran Sahu vs. State

of Chhattisgarh and others) and other connected matters and final order has been passed in the said matter on 01.09.2015, therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of Smt. Chandra Kiran Sahu (supra).

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of Smt. Chandra Kiran Sahu (supra).
