2. Counsel for the Appellant submits that Appellant has already died on 29.06.2019 during pendency of this appeal. Death certificate of Appellant in this regard is annexed with the said I.A. No.01/2019 wherein, it has been mentioned that Appellant has died on 29.06.2019.

3. Considering the above that the sole Appellant has died, therefore, this appeal is abated on his behalf.
