The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the constitution of the Joint Bipartite Committee for the Coal Industry (JBCCI) for the year 20092014. 2.
The tenure of the said JBCCI stands expired in the year 2014. 3.
Thereafter, a fresh JBCCI also has been constituted and as such the present Writ Petition in its present form has become infructuous. 4.
The present Writ Petition accordingly stands dismissed as having become infructuous reserving the right of the petitioner to assail subsequent constituted JBCCI if at all if they still feel aggrieved by way of a fresh proceedings altogether before the appropriate forum.
