The petitioner is aggrieved by the final order passed by the Chhattisgarh Arbitration Tribunal, Raipur under the provisions of Section 7 of the Chhattisgarh Madhyastham Adhikaran Adhiniyam, 1983 (henceforth 'the Adhiniyam, 1983').

Any final order passed by the Arbitration Tribunal under the Adhiniyam, 1983 is revisable before this Court under Section 19 of the Adhiniyam,
1983, therefore, this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable.

The petitioner may avail the alternative remedy within 30 days from today by filing revision application under Section 19 of the Adhiniyam, 1983. Certified copy of the impugned order (Annexure-P-1) be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner on supplying xerox copy thereof.
