Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the service rendered by the petitioner on the post of Sub Engineer for the period 04.06.1979 to 19.01.1988 is not being considered for the purpose of seniority, pay fixation, wage revisions and upgradations,

though he has made representation to the respondent authorities, but the same has not been considered and decided till date.

Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner's representation will be decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner makes fresh representation within 3 weeks from today before the respondent authorities, the respondent No.1 will consider and decide in accordance with law and on its own merits the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 60 days from today.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost (s).
