1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.4 to decide the revenue case No.12/2017-2018 and decide the same at the earliest.

2. To the limited relief, State counsel does not have any objection provided the petitioner renders full cooperation for the early disposal of the matter.

3. Given the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that writ petition itself can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to

proceed and decide the revenue case No.12/2017-2018 at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The petitioner is also directed to ensure that he renders full assistance and cooperation for the early disposal of the aforesaid revenue case.
