Complainant - Sanjay Yadav is present before this Court on notice. He has strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant. 2.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix and also seeks direction from this Court for expeditious trial.

It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. The trial Court is also directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
