Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 14/07/2015 The matter, today, is listed on a PUD dated 04.06.2015 received from the office of Additional Sessions Judge, Gariyaband. By the said PUD it has been intimated that Appellant Lal Ji Sen expired on 26.03.2015. Death certificate of the appellant as well as a report of the Station House Officer, Rajim, District Gariyaband are also enclosed with the said PUD.
