Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 07.02.2019 1.

The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in this petition is that, the petitioner instead of being senior to the respondents No.4&5, the department has ignored the seniority of the petitioner and in the process the respondents No.4&5 have been promoted ahead of the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner has recently filed a representation against the grievance that he has to the respondents. 3.

Given the said facts, let the petitioner makes a fresh representation to the respondents ventilating his grievance and, in the event, if the petitioner makes a representation, the respondents No.2&3 shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with rules

governing the field of seniority in the department at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of representation to be made by the petitioner.
