2. In this petition when learned Counsel for the Respondent argued that earlier the petition filed by the Petitioner against Respondent No. 4 & 5 was dismissed without any liberty, therefore, this petition against Respondent No. 4 & 5 is not maintainable and this fact was not disclosed in the present petition, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file such petition as may be maintainable under the law.
