1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has sought for certain information by consecutive letter dated 28.03.2019, 19.06.2020 & 28.06.2020 about certain scheme and the reminder was also given. However, after completion of 30 days, it was not responded by the respondents District Education Officer Korba and the Public Information Officer, therefore, they may be directed to decide the application.

2. Under the Right To Information Act, 2005, Section 18 provides for remedy, therefore, the petitioner may approach the State Information Commission under Chapter VIII of the Act of 2005. 3.
