ORAL ORDER (20/02/2015) Petitioner is challenging the order passed by the Sessions Court in a Criminal Revision filed by him. The said Criminal Revision arose out of proceeding underSeGtion156(3)ofCr.P.C.

In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filinga petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. in the High Court. The present is not a case where quashing of FIR or Criminal proceeding has been sought but the petitioner is seeking a relief for initiation of a criminal proceeding which can be granted in a proceeding under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. also. 3.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy. Petitioner would be at liberty to file a petition under -^ Section482ofCr.P.C.

Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to learned counsel ^titioner on supplying Xerox Copy thereof.
