Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and the respondents, this present appeal which has been preferred against order dated 18.09.2017 passed by the Single Judge and having given anxious consideration in the given facts and circumstances keeping in mind that the appellant has been re-engaged on 05.09.2008 on daily wage and has been working uninterruptedly since then irrespective of the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge, it will be in interest of things

wa 491 of 2017 that claim of the appellant for regularisation be considered afresh keeping in mind the re-engagement of appellant on 05.09.2008. 2.
