The present petition is for flouting of order dated 17.08.2018 wherein it was directed that the respective authority to find out the damage if any done to the water body of the village namely Dubey Talab and shall decide the representation made by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner has been decided and as per the further inspection, the enquiry was conducted and by letter dated 07.03.2019 (Annexure R-15) it was found that the Pond was excavated and was cleaned in the year 2018 and now water has been restored.

In view of such submission, no further proceeding for contempt can be continued. The rule is discharged. The petition is disposed of accordingly. If the petitioner has any grievance further, he shall be free to take appropriate remedy as would be available to him under the law. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashok
