1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has retired on 31.08.2019, however, the amount of G.P.F. has not been released, therefore, the petitioner has made the representation, he prays that the said representation may be directed to be decided by respondent No.2.

3. Considering the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of this case

at this stage the petitioner is given liberty to make afresh representation within a period of three weeks from today before the respondent No.2 and if such representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
