1. The challenge in the present writ petition was to the issuance of the charge sheet as early as on 03.05.2007. It is more than 11 years down the line. Much water must have flown subsequent to the impugned charge sheet having being filed.

2. Given the facts, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant case at this juncture. Moreover the interim application had already been rejected at the admission stage itself.
