1. The limited grievance in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the appeal which the petitioner has preferred against the order of dismissal from service dated 05.07.2018 passed by the respondent No.3-company.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the petitioner has preferred an appeal under Clause-(d) of Rule 72(B) of the Chhattisgarh Factories Rules, 1962. The petitioner has further brought to the notice of the court the note sheet which have been processed by the office of the Deputy Director, Industrial Health and Safety, Govt. of Chhattisgarh, whereby they have acknowledged pendency of the appeal of the petitioner and forwarded the same to the appellate authority for a decision.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and the limited prayer which the petitioner has sought for, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.1&2 to ensure that the appeal preferred by the petitioner

is decided in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
