Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that during the pendency of this proceeding, Annexures P-5 and P-6, advance tax notice and demand tax notice, have already been culminated into the order of assessment that has been subsequently challenged in W.P.(T)Nos.92/2015 and 94/2015, therefore, no longer the cause of action survives for consideration in this writ petition.
