1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent has filed an application under Section 126(2) of the CrPC, which is pending consideration since 19.6.2016 and there is no substantial progress in the trial.

2. Be that as it may, the 2nd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the application under Section 126 (2) filed by the respondent within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands

disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Family Court by E-mail /fax. No cost(s).
