These are the two bail applications filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants. The bail application filed in MCRC No. 880/2020 is the second bail application and bail application filed in MCRC No. 1746/2020 is the first bail application.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these bail applications filed under Section

439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same after examination of the material witnesses.

Accordingly, the bail applications filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicants.
