1. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, particularly taking into consideration that earlier the petition filed by the applicant/petitioner was allowed with clear stipulation that the applicant/petitioner shall be reinstated forthwith with all consequential benefit in terms of order dated 27th September 1999 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur Bench in Original Application No.215 of 1996, we dispose off this application with the
-2clarification that the order of the Tribunal passed on 27th September 1999 clearly stated in paragraph -3 thereof that the applicant/petitioner shall be entitled to count seniority from the date of issuance of provisional appointment letter. It is an admitted position on record that the provisional appointment letter was issued to the applicant/petitioner on 10.11.1999. Therefore, the consequential benefits of seniority would be granted to the applicant from 10.11.1999.
