Agrawal Order On Board 13/12/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. He, however, submits that a direction may be issued to the trial Court to decide the petitioner's objection on commissioner report submitted on 6.5.2016. (2) Liberty is granted as prayed for.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. However, the trial Court is directed to consider & decide the petitioner's objection on commissioner report submitted on 6.5.2016 expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
