1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order passed by the Additional Collector, District Kabirdham, dated 14/01/2019 in the revenue case No. 33/B-121/2017-18.

2. At the outset, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition on the ground that there is an alternative efficacious statutory remedy available to the petitioner. The order under challenge is revisable order before the Commissioner.

3. In view of the fact that there is an statutory remedy available to the petitioner, the present writ petition in its present form stands stands disposed off. Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Revisional authority ventilating his grievance. In case, if the petitioner prefers a revision within a period of two weeks from today. The Revisional Authority shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible within the time limit prescribed under the act and regulations.
