Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 06/02/2018 The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider his objection regarding petitioner's claim for grant of appropriate seniority on the basis of petitioner having completed 10 years and number of junior persons having been included in the list.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit at this stage that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to examine petitioner's claim and take appropriate action for including him in the seniority list. 3.

This petition is disposed off with a direction that if the petitioner submit a fresh representation before respondent No. 2 taking all the grounds which have been raised in this petition or available under the law within a period of 30 days from today, the same shall be decided within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation.
