2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the petition may be disposed of in terms of the document Annexure R-10.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 24-9-2013 (Annexure R-10). Benefit flowing from the said order shall be made available to the petitioner expeditiously. No order as to costs.
