In the present batch of petitions, it is contended that though the land of the petitioners was acquired and the compensation was paid, but the rehabilitation grant on the basis of the Notification dated 04.01.2017, which was published in an extraordinary Gazette of Chhattisgarh, has not been given. It is further contended that the petitioners have made necessary representation to the concerned authorities, therefore, the authorities may be directed to decide the representation.

Without entering into the merits of the case, considering the limited prayer, it is directed that if the petitioners make a fresh representation before the concerned Collector, the Collector may decide the same objectively within a period of 3 months. 3.
