I.A. No.2, is an application under Section 5 of the limitation Act.

The appeal is listed today for orders on I.A. No.2 for condonation of delay in moving the application under Order 22 Rule 4 CPC. However, vide order dated 23-09-2020, this Court has already held that the appeal has already been abated.

In view of the above, application (I.A. No.1) under Order 22 Rule 4 CPC or application (I.A. No.2) under Section 5 Limitation Act cannot be considered at this stage.

In view of order dated 23-09-2020, the appeal is treated to be dismissed as abated.
