Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on a complaint being made by the petitioner, the case should have been registered that on a government land the encroachment are being made and the State authorities have not registered the case.

Learned State counsel has placed the document i.e. copy of the ordersheet dated 30.01.2021. It is taken on record. According to it, the case has already been registered on the application filed under Section 248 of the

Chhattisgarh Land Revenue code.

In view of this, since the case is already registered and is fixed for 26.02.2021, therefore no further adjudication and direction by this Court is required.
