The petitioner is aggrieved by impugned order dated 29.12.2017. The petitioner is being relieved to join at Government Middle School Kodapuri, therefore, her to be an employee originally appointed in that school whereas the petitioner was initially appointed in Government High School Kodapuri vide order dated 10.09.2008. It is submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the Block Education Officer, Takhatpur on 04.01.2018 but till date, there is no decision on the same. 2.

Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner's representation shall be examined by the competent authority and

appropriate decision would be taken on her representation upon verification as to the place where the petitioner was originally appointed. 3.

In view of the said submission, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending but it would be expedient to dispose off the petition with direction to respondent No.3 to examine the petitioner's appointment orders to find out which was the original school where the petitioner was posted. Thereafter, appropriate order may be passed, if necessary to modify order dated 29.12.2017 so that the petitioner may be sent to the school where the petitioner was originally posted. The decision be taken within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. For a period of three weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner to compel her to join in Government Middle School Kodapuri. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
