1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application by Annexure P-1 for demarcation of her land. Subsequently, on 02.11.2020 the said application was duly processed and R.I. was directed to conduct inspection and give his report by order dated 23.11.2020; however, till date nothing has transpired. Therefore, the respondents may be directed to conclude the work of demarcation within specified time.

2. Considering the fact that the demarcation application has already been preferred, the respondent No.3 & 4 are directed to conclude the proceeding for demarcation within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
