Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application (Annexure - P/7) for correction of his date of birth in the mark sheet of Class 10th but it has not been considered and decided by the respondent - Board till date. 2.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for respondent- Board would submit that decision will be taken on petitioner's application in accordance with law within 30 days.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Be that as it may, the respondent Board is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application / representation for correction of his date of birth in the mark sheet of Class 10th expeditiously within a period of 30 days. The petitioner would also be at liberty to make an additional

representation before the respondent Board, if any. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
