1. On the previous date of hearing, this Court asked the State counsel to seek instruction under the provisions available for the petitioner to

-2seek a copy of application of nomination for withdrawal of nomination papers filed allegedly by some third person on behalf of petitioner.

2. The State counsel on instruction submits that subject to the petitioner moving an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005, the same shall be promptly considered.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to approach the Respondent No. 2 and 5 to move an appropriate application for the copy of the application for withdrawal of nomination, moved on behalf of the petitioner. That subject to the petitioner moving an application within three days from today, the respondent no. 2 and 5 shall consider and decide the same within a further period of three days from the date of receipt of the application.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
