(2) Learned counsel for the parties would submit that issue raised in
this writ petition is covered by order dated 23.09.2015 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.1718 of 2015 (Gopal & Ors. Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.), in which, this Court has observed as under:- "7. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to issue a direction to respondent authorities to expedite the process of rehabilitation of the petitioners in accordance with the existing Rehabilitation Policy of the State Government and ensure that whatever benefits which may include grant of employment also as per the terms and conditions of the policy, is extended within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order".
(3) Accepting the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of in similar terms of Writ Petition (C) No.1718 of 2015 (Gopal & Ors. Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.). Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge L/-
