Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate petition.

This contempt petition is listed for orders on default. It is found that this contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the order passed by this Court, a review DPC has been held, wherein the petitioner was found fit for promotion. In the instant petition, no specific reasons have been assigned to draw prima facie conclusion that while considering the case of the petitioner in review DPC, directions issued by this Court were not complied with and thereby showing utter disregard to the order passed this Court. 4.
