1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 19-1-2015 sent by the Special Judge under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Mahasamund, for extension of time for disposal of Special Case No.4/2009.

I have perused the office reference and the request letter.

3. As prayed, four months time is hereby extended for disposal of Special Case No.4/2009, from today.
