This petition (MCC No.75/2021) has been filed for restoration of WPC No.3236 of 2020, which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 06.01.2021.

On due consideration of the reason assigned in the restoration application for non- appearance of the counsel on 06.01.2021, I am inclined to restore WPC No.3236 of 2020.

Accordingly, this MCC is allowed and WPC No.3236 of 2020 is restored to its original number.
