All these bail applications are decided by this common order as they are arising out of the same crime number. 2.

The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 173/2015 registered in Police Station Gidhauri, District (Revenue & Civil)- BalodabazarBhatapara (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 186, 332, 353, 294, 225, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case in the intervening night of 1617/10/2015 the forest guard were on patrolling duty they saw that from 374 Mahkoni Forest Sagon plant were being stolen and 15-16 persons were intercepted, at that time Anupam Sahu, Khikram Kalar, Lilaram and 13 others objected to it and assualted the forest guard Bhuneshwar Prasad Verma, thereby offence is committed.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants have been falsely implicated in this case, all the evidence has been collected, applicants are in jail since 23/11/2015 and the injury as alleged are simple in nature, therefore, the applicants may be released on bail. 5.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 6.

I have perused the case diary and the documents. The charge sheet in this case has been filed. Taking into account degree of allegations and nature of injury, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail. 7.

Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when

directed.
