1. Heard on application for extension of time to comply with the order dated 05.10.2020 passed in WPS NO. 1338 of 2017.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the required documents since were submitted on 07.11.2020 and because the office was not functional in its full capacity the order may not be complied with.

3. Considering the limited prayer made, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending, therefore, further 1 month time is granted to comply with the order dated 05.10.2020 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
