At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter may be disposed of at the motion stage itself fixing a time frame for disposal of Civil Suit No.484A/14 (Ramnarayan Gupta Vs. Keshav Gupta and others) pending before 10th Civil Judge Class-II, Bilaspur, C.G. Meanwhile, till then, order passed by this Court dated 08-07-2015 be continued. 2.
On behalf of the respondents it is submitted that they are agree that the Court below be directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months, but, learned counsel for the respondents submitted his objection for the continuation of the order dated 08-07-2015 for the period.

On due consideration, the instant WP(227) is disposed of at the motion stage itself without any appreciation on its merit. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible preferably within four months from next date of hearing. Till then, the order passed by this Court dated 08-07-2015 "status quo with regard to the possession, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties." be continued. It is made clear that the said order shall be operative only till disposal of the said civil suit within four months from next date of hearing/disposal of the matter whichever is earlier and thereafter the said order shall not be operative, and no court shall be influenced by the direction of this Court dated 08-07-2015 beyond the time given.
