1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.379/2015, registered at Police Station Lormi, Distt. Mungeli, for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the IPC.
2. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case, the manner in which on 29-7-2015 Asha Bai was murdered by the applicant and the material available on record, I do not find any ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
