Learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State/respondents submits that he has filed the reply to the writ petition wherein it has been stated that Ganesh Ram Korram and Lalit Kumar Kashyap, who were the naxalites, have surrendered before the Superintendent of Police, Kondagaon on 3.1.2016 and now they are
residing at D.N.K. Colony, Kondagaon. He submits that both Ganesh Ram Korram and Lalit Kumar Kashyap are not in police custody and are free to move anywhere. He has filed the affidavits of Ganesh Ram Korram and Lalit Kumar Kashyap. He has also filed the affidavit of Balram Korram in whose house Ganesh Ram Korram and Lalit Kumar Kashyap are residing.

In view of the reply filed by the State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no adjudication is required in the matter and the petition may be disposed of.

Consequently, the petition is disposed of.
