This Revision has been preferred against order dated 04/12/2018 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Camp Court, Katghora, District Korba in MJC No. 66/2018 thereby granted an amount of Rs. 300/- as interim maintenance to the Respondent/Wife 3.

Counsel for the Applicant submits that though the Respondent is legally wedded wife of the Applicant, she is residing separately without any reasonable cause, therefore, she is not entitled to get any maintenance. 4.

Whether, the Respondent is residing separately with sufficient cause or not is matter of evidence. Since, the Applicant himself has admitted the fact that the Respondent is legally wedded wife of him and presently residing separately from him, and as pleaded by the Respondent she is unable to maintain he, therefore, in my considered opinion, the learned

Family Court has rightly granted interim maintenance in favour of the Respondent.

Considering the above aspects, I do not find any merit in this revision. The same is accordingly dismissed at motion stage itself. Sd/- (Arvind Singh Chandel) Judge Rahul
