This petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the respondents to release the amount of honorarium/salary to the petitioner from the month of September, 2014 onwards.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Aganwadi Worker in the Aganwadi Center, Parsabhata, Gram Panchayat Chorbhatthi, Janpad Panchayat Bilaigarh, Dist. Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) and is discharging her duty yet salary/honorarium has not been paid since September, 2014. 3.
On perusal of the representations filed collectively as Annexure-P-5, it would appear that the petitioner has not prayed therein for grant of salary/honorarium, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers fresh representation before the competent authority for grant of salary/honorarium from the month of September, 2014 onwards, the said authority shall consider the representation and if the petitioner has actually performed duties, salary/honorarium for the relevant period shall be paid to her as early as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission of representation.
