This is an office note based on the request letter dated 17/01/2020 made by Learned Civil Judge, Class-I, Kasdol Distt. Balodabazar (C.G.) for extension of time for execution of the Civil Suit No. 55-A/ 2002 (Prabhudayal & Anr. v. Late Dhansai (died) through LRs).

As prayed for, further 45 days time is granted to comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 27/09/2019 passed in WP(227) No. 736 of 2018 and to dispose off the Civil Suit No. 55-A/ 2002 from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that no further request for extension of time would be entertained thereafter.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
