The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.17/2019, registered at Police Station Ajak, Korba, District Korba (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376 of the IPC, Section 4 of the POCSO Act and Section 3 (2) (V) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to prefer an appeal under Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled

Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
