Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a representation before the Collector, Bilaspur against the respondent No. 5 for embezzlement of funds in the work of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna which is pending consideration since 23.10.2017 and has not been decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Bilaspur is directed to look into the matter and take a decision on petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
